Fee Structure

Per Diem rate $ 500.00

The rate is inclusive of:

Structured, staff supervised (24 hrs.) living setting
Community based environment providing staff support to assure abstinence from all mood and mind altering chemicals and encourage total program compliance. (Room & Board)

Group Therapy
addressing adjustment to trauma issues including traumatic brain injury deficits as well as symptoms and progression of addictive disorders.  Clinical assistance is provided in areas of daily activities, finances and relationships.  (Group sessions provided by certified/licensed counselors and psychologists).

Arts & Crafts
Assisting in teamwork skills, hand/eye coordination and self-disclosure through creative expression. 

Nutritional Class
Basic education regarding the importance of nutritional food groups.  Assistance in development of a healthy, weekly grocery list and other nutritional education.

Transportation services
Medical appointments, work, school and any other treatment related needs.

Attendance in self-help groups
Adjusting patients to the twelve-step recovery way of life by learning new socialization skills and building a network of supportive, recovering friends and associates.

Family involvement
Counseling with family members and family oriented social activities are scheduled on a regular basis. Family educational forums are scheduled on a biweekly basis.

Medical/Psychiatric treatment and pharmacological supervision, case coordination, neuropsych/psychological testing and vocational services, if provided and/or coordinated by our staff, are billed separately.

It is our belief and experience that patients fully utilizing our services begin to show measurable improvement in their rehabilitation.
